The City of Las Vegas (as a whole) was presented with an Apple Box Award form the Film & Television Hall of Fame for the rich film history that spans since 1913. Las Vegas was also specifically recognized for Red Dawn which filmed entirely in Las Vegas and Easy Rider which had notable scenes (parade and jail). This Apple Box Award will hopefully be on display one day in a local Film Museum for all to see.
